THE POSITION
Position Overview and Responsibilities
Protos is looking for a skilled professional with a strong background in operations and management, as well as accounting and human resources knowledge. As our Operations Coordinator of Protos RVG (Remote Video Guarding), you will be responsible handling a wide array of functions with a multi-disciplinary approach at our Norcross, GA office. This role will report to the General Manager and will assist in running day-to-day operations. The Operations Coordinator must possess the following qualifications, knowledge, skills, abilities, and personal characteristics:
Core duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Coordinating operational functions including payroll and billing, accounts receivable, staffing, scheduling, and personnel issues.
- Training personnel on software systems, procedural guidelines, Company policies, and enforcing consistency in policy practice.
- Maintains and improves office workplace environment by coordinating various functions (Holiday parties, milestone celebrations, and other events as assigned by the General Manager)
- Partners with all entities in the organization to ensure engagement and productivity levels are maintained.
- Building out reporting to showcase financial results (i.e., revenue, margin, and return on capital employed, P&L accountability).
- Reviews, edits, and finalizes incident reports.
- Reviews and prepares video recordings for release to various entities.
- Collaborates and establishes partnerships with other areas of the company to carry out responsibilities and ensure productivity levels and engagement remain high.
- Improves customer relationships with a focus on excellent customer service.
- Requires excellent analytical, planning, leadership, and presentation skills.
- Ability to prioritize multiple projects and to manage many concurrent projects.
- Demonstrated strong knowledge of operations concepts.
- Strong individual and team development skills.
- Other duties as assigned.
Education, Skills, and Experience
- A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a comparable leadership position.
- Methodical and systematic approach to work and the ability to apply logic to processes.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook) with above average knowledge and ability to use Excel to provide reporting in various forms. Proficiency in data validation/sorting, formulas.
- Ability to work different shifts as needed. Rare evening and nights may be necessary.
- Excellent prioritization and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently is a must.
- Corporate security, retail security, and operations support management experience preferred.
- Process driven, detailed oriented, and highly organized is a must.
