We are building a modern, API-driven credit card platform enabling non-bank entities and digital-forward companies to embed credit card programs and issuance into their own brand experience offering seamless user experiences on any device, web or mobile. Our Credit Card-as-a-Service ("CaaS") solution is a collection of cloud-native APIs that are built using a modern technology stack; shifting away from how legacy card issuers work today.

General Responsibilities:
- Provide world class support by owning and executing against identified internal operations processes during Phases 1, 2 and General Launch with our initial partner and subsequent partners as Gen6 grows to scale.
- Proactively spotting patterns that could lead to process improvement opportunities to drive efficiencies.
- Proactively mitigate regulatory risk and negative customer experiences by adhering to a rounded framework to support customer interactions and issues.
- Establish yourself as the subject matter expert (SME) and first contact for vendor support across customer servicing, collections, dispute/claims, and fraud investigations.
- Partner with leadership as necessary to monitor reports that measure vendor and internal CaaS customer operations performance against developed scorecard metrics.
- Participate as necessary in monthly, quarterly and annual performance reviews with our customer operations vendors with an active voice towards challenging the status quo to improve our service offerings.
- Partner with Risk/Compliance to understand all applicable regulations that govern Credit Cards (ie Reg Z, FCRA, SCRA, Military Lending Act, FDCPA, Reg F, UDAAP, etc) and doing your part to ensure internal compliance within customer operations that extends to our vendors.
- Play an active role in gathering feedback from our service vendors and customers to provide input to our Product team on potential enhancements for a servicing roadmap.

Compensation:
Compensation range (base pay): $60,830.00-$100,370.00
Final compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon work experience, education, and/or skill level.
