and has a new client need for Customer Support Representative.
This is a work at home position with company provided equipment
starting September
.
The production schedule hours are an 8
hr
shift from 7:45a-7:30p
Monday-Friday
EST
.
**This position will potentially become work from home and includes a SIGN-ON Bonus!
The Customer Support
Representative
position provides exceptional service to existing customers through service-related transactions. Processes transactions and ensures customers' needs are met via inbound calls.
Essential Duties:
-
Respond to customer inquiries via inbound and outbound service telephone interactions to address a variety of customer inquiries which include:
-
processing payments and attempting to get customers to sign up for recurring payments
-
processing cancellations, will not be asked to “save” customer
-
resolving billing issues
-
eService Inquiries and password resets.
-
Handles customer inquiries in a consistently polite, professional, and efficient manner as measured by customer feedback scores.
-
Follow call scripting to ensure compliance and promote company offers and options.
-
Comfortable taking 35-50 calls a day
Qualifications:
-
Solid to advanced PC skills
-
Ability to navigate multiple computer programs
-
Ability to use Dual monitors
-
Excellent prioritization and multi-tasking skills
-
Excellent listening skills
-
Contact Center Experience considered a plus
-
Customer Service Experience considered a plus
Additional Requirements: High School Diploma or GED & Flexibility in schedule. Must have excellent attendance history, able to pass a background, drug screen, & skills assessments.
