Community Home Health Care is seeking to hire an Office Representative for a new office in the Glen Cove, NY area. This person will take care of their own office with help from their Regional Manager. They will assist with current employees, as needed, as well as with the hiring process of new applicants.

Office Hours:

• Monday - Thursday: 9:00 am - 5:00 pm
• Friday: 9:00 am to 1:00 pm

Qualifications:

• Exceptional customer dervice

• Entry-level computer skills
• Able to multitask and meet tight deadlines
• Detail-orientated and organized
• Bilingual in English and Spanish required

Responsibilities:

• Receive and process job applications
• Follow up with the candidates to request documentation
• Schedule candidates and fill training classes and orientations
• Facilitate other department needs
• Maintain the office space
