Responsibilities:

  • Professional phone etiquette while fielding a high volume of calls.
  • Receive, process and full-fill phone and on-line orders.
  • Utilize PC and mainframe system & software to generate reports.
  • Process and enter data into our software program.
  • Update spreadsheets, open customer accounts and maintain accurate records.
  • Operate as a cooperative, positive team member requiring communication with a variety of departments and vendors.
  • Perform miscellaneous clerical duties as required (filing, copying, etc.)
  • Adhere to established company policies/procedures.

Skills:

  • Organized, receptive, ability to retain information, multi-tasker, attention to detail, professional, decision maker, problem solver, phone skills, team player, excellent computer skills, ability to grasp new concepts and retain information.

Qualifications:

  • Must poses 2+ years related Data Entry experience.
  • Excellent computer skills with knowledge of Word, Excel.
  • Industry knowledge not required, however preferred.
  • Prior office experience required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
