We are actively hiring for Office Admin
Location: New York, NY
· Ordering pantry items
· Ordering and obtaining Friday breakfast.
· Contact 40 Wall staff for repairs, visitors, vendors or any general building issues.
· Perform minor repairs (light bulbs, locked drawers, etc.)
· Water plants.
· Keep copiers functioning and stocked.
· Sorting out mail and delivering received packages.
· Prepping mail / FedEx.
· Dropping off outgoing mail / parcels for shipment.
· Deliver checks, proposals, drawings or whatever is needed to respective carriers.
· Keeping track of petty cash.
· Drop off bank deposits.
· Greet visitors.
· Accept and redirect phone calls to the main #.
· Handle IT requests if they are not in the office.
· Restock bathrooms.
· Order food for meetings / celebrations.
· Approve invoices / negotiate with vendors to remove late fees / reduce rates.
· Order business cards
· Order building ID’s / deactivate old ones.
· Order flowers / baskets for employee life events
· Make travel arrangements for the NY office.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
- New York, NY: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Experience:
- Microsoft Office: 2 years (Preferred)
- Administrative experience: 2 years (Preferred)
Work Location: In person
