YOUR LIFE AS AN OFFICE ADMIN / PERMIT TECHNICIAN
As an Admin/Permit Technician, you play an essential role in keeping our office efficient. You are responsible for various tasks such as filing, follow-up, and answering phones, emails, and chats. As someone with some Permit Tech knowledge, you also help pull permits and ensure that everything pertinent is accurate and done in a timely manner. You are also responsible for keeping contracts up-to-date and ready for use. Your hard work keeps our office running smoothly. You feel good about helping both, coworkers and customers!
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 5+ years of related experience
- Permit Tech knowledge
- Clean driving record
