Off-Site Property Manager

VPM is looking for skilled Property Managers to join the team and help with the Day-to-Day Operations of our Client Assets.

Venture Property Management was, established in 2019.

The ideal candidate is polished, engaging and energetic. Candidates need Property Management experience either on-site or offsite! This is a Part Time - Remote Position; Work 3 days a week. Must have reliable Transportation. Gas allowance included with position

Responsibilities:

• Manage specific area of properties in Southern California
• Assist Senior Property Manager with Daily Operations of High Desert Properties
• Submit Work Orders to Vendors
• Ability to hit the ground running and assist with day to day operations
• Work closely with Vendors to ensure work orders are completed
• Demonstrate strong oral and written communication skills.
• Provide general administrative assistance to office.
• Report to the Offsite Management Team
• Candidate will be required to pass a background and drug screening (A conviction will not necessarily disqualify you from employment with WSH Management).

Requirements:

• A minimum one-year experience in a property management or real estate service-related industry or one year apartment leasing experience or a combination of accounting skills/education with customer service experience is preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred. Must possess strong attention to detail and sales ability.
• Knowledge of CA Real Estate Laws / willing to obtain CA Salesperson Real Estate License
• Experience with Yardi Breeze
• Competence in operation of telephone, business calculator, copy machine, facsimile, personal computer/keyboard, Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and MS Outlook.
• Candidate may be required to pass a background and drug screening.

Salary: $20.00 per hour
