Our organization is looking for an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team in our Mt Sterling and Owingsville locations. The ideal candidate will have a background in physical and rehabilitation medicine, and will be responsible for developing and implementing treatment plans for patients with physical, cognitive, and emotional disabilities. The successful candidate will also be able to provide patient assessments, develop patient goals, and work with other medical professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.
Responsibilities:
- Assess patient needs and develop treatment plans.
- Provide physical and rehabilitation medicine interventions to improve patient's quality of life.
- Educate patients and their families on how to manage their condition.
- Document patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care.
- Provide patient education on safety, self-care, and home management techniques.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $27.00 - $45.00 per hour
