Required: High School Diploma or GED. Completion of Nurse Aide Program or experience in related field. Basic Life Support or acquire within 3 months of hire.
Job Summary: Under the direction of the Manager of Patient Care Services/RN, and in collaboration with other members of the Patient Care Team, assists with the direct day to day care of patients and families. Performs a variety of non-patient care duties. Responsible for providing and maintaining positive interactions with every patient/family/visitor they encounter. Provides populations specific care to meet the developmental needs of those patients we serve. Provides safe/competent care to patients: adolescents, adults, and geriatrics.
