The Nurse Aide Student Trainee is a position within the CNA employment training program. The trainee will learn and gain the required clinical and customer service skills and knowledge to be successful in providing care as a certified nursing assistant. As the certified nursing assistant, one will provide direct patient care under the direction of the Registered or Licensed Practical Nurse by assisting with activities of daily patient care, vital signs, serve meals, make beds and overall cleanliness of patient room, observe for changes in patient condition/behavior and ensuring patient safety. Upon completion of trainee course material, applicant will then apply and interview for selected CNA vacant positions within the organization.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Approved criminal background check
• Successful pre-employment drug screen
• Agree and Accept Contract Terms
