Managed services provider seeks to hire an accomplished Network Support Engineer / IT professional who specializes in Cisco switching and firewalls. Candidate should be experienced in the delivery of information technology services, network / firewall technologies (Cisco, HP & SonicWall), and Client / Server Windows based networks.

Familiarity with MSP platforms such as N-able as well as Connectwise or similar ticketing applications is a plus. This is a hands-on technical position with total client responsibility from system analysis and design to end user training and documentation.

Our primary service area is Southern NJ & Southeastern PA. Travel within the service territory is possible and therefore the candidate must maintain reliable transportation and a valid driver's license. Overnight travel is extremely rare and usually related to training or conferences.

Our business model requires a collaborative workplace where team and client interaction define our service commitments. We complete as many tasks as possible from our Carneys Point, NJ office utilizing our technology management suite. Daily attendance in our office is required. Occasional work from home is allowed with prior approval.

Our clients rely on us for help desk, network support, server administration and website design & hosting. We support a large variety of line of business applications for medical practices, retail, government, law enforcement and many other types of clients.

Candidates should be self-motivated, organized and detail oriented. Successful candidates will have direct client responsibilities and report to the President of the Company. Candidates should have excellent written and verbal communication skills and excel at documentation and developing and following process and procedure.

Candidate should have 10+ years of experience managing IT networks and services.
