About this Position:
As a Corporate Compliance & Ethics (CC&E) entry level professional, this position is responsible for strengthening the compliance and ethics culture in the North American Region (NAR) to support ethical decision making and reporting requirements. Providing compliance and ethics services with the highest integrity to our associates, leaders, and business partners across the NAR. Associate will be our initial point of contact with individuals asking questions and raising concerns to our office. This position requires knowledge of our policies and procedures, the ability to conduct detailed and professional intakes for questions and concerns raised to our office and when appropriate provide resolution on inquiries and questions from associates seeking policy related direction/advice. Position requires the ability to generate trend analysis reports that are shared throughout the region as well as communicate trends to appropriate C&E leadership members through management of the reporting system. This position will also support communication and training activities across the region. Additional duties and responsibilities include organizing and scheduling meetings, maintaining filing systems, monitoring, and ordering office supplies and other general administrative activities.
Responsibilities include:
- Conduct detailed and thorough intakes of matters reported to our office through a variety of methods to ensure all appropriate information is obtained for resolution and use judgement to ensure high priority items are shared immediately.
- Manage inquiries that require policy clarification through resolution including documentation.
- Conduct/manage entry level investigations as appropriate.
- Manage the reporting and trend analysis function across the NAR to ensure trends are identified and reported across the region in an accurate and timely manner.
- General administrative activities.
- Support and lead business plan activities for department.

Required Work Experience:
- 0-2 years of experience, depending on education
Required Education:
- Associates/Bachelor’s degree preferred
Desired skills:
- Maintain exemplary standards of personal and professional integrity
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Experience with data analytics/trend analysis
