The Customer Greeter provides exceptional service to our Quick Lane customers as they arrive at our facility. He or she confirms customer appointments, offers drinks and snacks, and performs other duties as needed. The Greeter communicates with the Quick Lane Advisors about the needs or concerns the customer has expressed making for a smooth transition and pleasant visit for the customer.
The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED. He or she must have a pleasant and courteous personality, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
