MRT/ATC Onsite Team Lead Job at D2 Government Solutions
Responsibilities:
- Must be onsite during normal duty hours
- Must be able to attend meetings with government
- Generates and provides monthly reports to the government and corporate office
- Oversee and schedule all contract personnel for duty performance
- Conducts follow on training and new hire training to meet government requirements
- Must be able to support training events in fast paced high stress austere locations to include early morning hours, nights and under inclement weather conditions
- Must be able to operate a wide range of specialized equipment, weapons, and vehicles
- Assist with setting up, clearing and teardown of training equipment and aids
- Capable of learning, understanding, and executing new techniques and technologies related to military applications
- Able to meet the requirements and perform duties as part of the MRT team and ATC team
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Must have an active secret clearance
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Commercial driver’s license helpful
- Hazardous Material handling / transportation training and certification helpful
- Ability to conduct land navigation with maps, compass, and GPS
- Knowledge of military grid reference system coordinates, boundaries, point of origin, points of impact/strike points
- Must be able to safely lift and carry at least fifty (50) pounds
- Understanding of military organizational structures, command, and terms
- U.S. Citizen
- English Proficiency
- Microsoft Suite proficiency
