Job Summary:
The Albers Group is seeking a candidate (contingent upon award) for a qualified Launch and Recovery MQ-9 Sensor Operator to support deployed aviation operations.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Act as SO crewmember for MQ-9 aircraft for launch and recovery efforts.
- Support in all elements of ground and flight operations including mission planning, execution and briefing/debriefing.
- Support in aircrew resource management and safety.
- Assist in defining, planning and organizing complex flight program.
- Able to assist in all functions required to operate a flying operation.
- Available to conduct 24/7 operations without scheduling restrictions.
- Maintain ability to travel to CONUS and OCONUS sites.
- Other duties as assigned or required.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
- None.

Education, Experience and Certifications Required:
Minimum:
- MQ-9 Sensor Operator with AF Form 8, LRE Qualified
- 550 MQ-9 flight hours
- Last flight within 12 months
- Must possess/be able to obtain FAA Class II physical
- Must possess/be able to obtain a US passport
- Deploy for at least six (6) months each year
- Maintaining a DoD Security Clearance is required
Preferred:
- MQ-9 Launch and Recovery Instructor/Evaluator Sensor Operator
- 1,000 MQ-9 flight hours
- Last flight within 180 days
Physical Requirements:
- Able to lift 40 pounds and carry without assistance
- OCONUS travel will be required
