Forklift Operator 1st Shift Our facility has an immediate opening for an experienced Forklift Operators. Must be willing to submit to a drug screen and background check. Starting Pay: $14.75/hr Depending on position, different premiums: • Mobile equipment premium (forklift): $0.50/hr • Reach truck premium: $1.00/hr Primary Job Responsibilities • Operate stand-up reach forklift or a sit down forklift in a safe manner • Operate a forklift to move product within warehouse and load trucks as needed • Unload trucks and put inventory away • Rack and stack product up to 16 feet high • Load trucks with empty dunnage • Lift 20 – 40 pounds frequently Expectations • Make SAFETY Personal • Maintain self-confidence and self esteem of others • Maintain constructive relationships • Take initiative to make things better • Lead by example • Be on time Qualifications and Experience • Minimum one year related warehouse experience • Stand up/ reach forklift experience is mandatory • Must be able to pass a post-offer drug screen and back ground check • Forklift experience: 1 year • Valid Driver's License Traits/Values • Hope: The quality of possessing and adhering to positive, optimistic expectation of future events.
