Mental Health Therapist (Baltimore Area) Social Workers & Counselors! Job at Thrive Behavioral Health
Thrive Behavioral Health is currently seeking social workers and professional counselors who possess a Maryland LCSW-C, LCPC, LCMFT, LMSW, LGPAT, LGMFT, LCPAT, LCMFT, LGPC or similar to work with individuals & families. Full-time employment only (minimum approx. 25-27 sessions/week), in-state/active MD licensure required by start of employment. Currently, many duties are completed virtually. Most therapy sessions are in-person at clinic, school, and/or in the community.

The position offers:
- Pay increases of 5.4% in 2021 and 7.25% in 2022 and an anticipated 3% increase in 2023!
- Up to a $1,500 New Hire Bonus*
- Flexible hours & high earning potential. Expected annual income for full-time therapists averages from $65,000-$105,000 per year.

Thrive Behavioral Health is Joint Commission accredited. Our team of licensed therapists provide individual, family, and school-based therapy services to adults, children and families. Thrive serves clients in Baltimore City and Frederick, Baltimore, Harford, Howard, Prince George’s, Anne Arundel, and Montgomery counties. Our Thrive clinicians take a proactive approach to treatment by meeting with clients in neighborhoods, homes, and schools to reduce the barriers of traditional mental health treatment. Thrive also has clinic-based programs in Rosedale, Catonsville, Millersville, and Silver Spring.
