Essential Functions:
Responsible for individual mental health assessments, and performs initial intake interviews. Identifies psychological, emotional or behavioral issues and diagnosis. Responsible for determining the residents’ psychiatric diagnosis based on established diagnostic criteria. Provide Crisis-Intervention services to residents as needed according to agency policies, procedures and service definitions. Treatment planning based on the residents’ strengths, needs, abilities and preferences
