Looking for 11am to 4 pm in West Hollywood m-f
Acupuncture massage chiropractic Clinic looking for EXPERIENCED front desk management
We have reopened under a new management and building a new team
- Punctual Organized , professional appearance,
- Open/Close
- Take payments
- Collect insurance information and Registration forms
- Data entry of demographic information
- Scheduling and Call backs
- Update day sheet to properly close out the front desk daily
- Daily filing, Clean office and workspace
- Self Managed
- Creative problem solver
Details
- Take care of all daily tasks
- phone calls- recalling and scheduling patients
- Type 40+ WPM
- Clean office daily, watering plants, light laundry and opening and/closing the day,
- Friendly to host and greet patients
- Ability to move through all rooms of the office daily multiple times, take out trash , water plants
Experience:
