SUMMARY
The Medical Office Associate is a vital team member that provides support to patients in a fast moving clinic environment. This position requires high energy and the ability to multitask, and will perform a variety of clerical and secretarial duties in the assigned office. In return, you will have a rewarding position that provides you with positive patient satisfaction and results.
- answering telephone calls and responding to routine questions
- preparing and maintaining patient charts
- greeting patients and scheduling appointments
- gathering and verifying patient information and insurance

QUALIFICATIONS
1. High school diploma required. Associates degree in business, secretarial science, or equivalent preferred.
2. Knowledge of medical terminology could be helpful, but is not required.
3. Pennsylvania state police criminal record check, child abuse history clearance and an FBI criminal history check required.
