Full Time openings for up and coming Physician Assistant Students/Medical Students who are interested in gaining clinical experience to further their medical knowledge and advance their career. Multi-provider practice with competitive salary.
Candidates must:
- Be in process of or completed a Bachelor's Degree program
- Possess excellent communication skills,
- Have the ability to work in a fast pace environment
- Capabilities to problem solve and multi task
Candidates will gain:
- Experience in a medical environment and knowledge of medical terminology
- Knowledge in answering call lines and relaying messages to providers
- Experience in IV placement
- Confidence in working with patient's, and the ability to work as a team
- Knowledge of EMR systems including but not limited to obtaining Vital Signs, HPI, and prescription entry and escribing medications.
As a Medical Assistant you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of our medical office. You will support doctors and patients through a variety of tasks related to patient care management, organization and communication. The target is to complete all activities accurately, with high quality and in a timely manner.
