Cheerful, outgoing, and experienced M.A.wanted for our pediatric primary care practice in Ocoee, FL. Applicant must have strong organizational skills, good attention to detail and a strong work ethic. Excellent salary and benefits.
The job's duties include:
- Rooming patients.
- Vitals and measurements.
- Giving and recording immunizations.
- Some appointment scheduling.
- Basic lab procedures.
- Communicating effectively with providers, medical staff, patients and their families.
- All related paperwork.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent and completion of a medical assistant program.
- Minimum of one year experience as an M.A. in Pediatrics.
- Self-motivated, great organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks.
- Friendly, outgoing and empathetic.
- Strong data entry and phone skills.
- eClinical Works software experience a plus.
Level 2 background screening required for position.
