Job Duties:

• Coordinates and expedites the flow of material, parts, and assemblies within or between departments in accordance with production and shipping schedules or department supervisors' priorities.
• Establishes review production schedules.
• Check incoming material for accuracy against receiving paper documentation work order numbers.
• Locates material, requisitions material, and establishes delivery sequences to departments.
• Establishes job order priorities and anticipates availability of material.
• Arranges for in-house transfer of materials to meet production schedules.
• Analyzes material flow problems, determines causes, then takes corrective actions.
• Arranges transportation to various departments.
• Examines material delivered to production departments to verify accuracy.
• Picklist, Picks, and Stows
  

Qualifications:

• At least 2-5 years of Production Scheduling experience
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in Material Coordinator responsibilities.

• Must be proficient in warehouse management systems.
• Knowledge of Department of Defense and federal acquisition regulation inventory requirements

• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel preferred; Material management background preferred.
  

Education and Experience Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent (AA/AS preferred)
• 10 years of experience in all aspects of the warehouse: shipping/receiving, inventory maintenance, forklift experience, material safety, etc.

• Supply chain experience preferred; planning, and press scheduling preferred; warehouse experience; proven team and leadership skills, good mathematical skills.
