Who we are

Our Global Omni-Channel CRM Operations (GOCO) team at WeightWatchers is made up of innovative, free-thinking, fast-paced tech team members that sit in between our data and communications functionality. We work cross-functionally with the Global Product & Data Engineering teams, in conjunction with Local Marketing teams, across 15 countries (speaking 6 different languages) to facilitate large-scale initiatives. Our team works directly with almost every facet of the business and we are constantly working to innovate anything & everything, including how we work with communications like Push-Notifications, Emails, SMS and In-App messaging to name a few!

What you will do

In addition to partnering with global stakeholders across the organization to identify and build better ways to reach potential & current members, you can also expect to:

  • Manage the development of highly dynamic code blocks to enhance user experiences.

  • Develop internal data strategies and work with Data Engineering teams to integrate new points into our data architecture.

  • Explore, assess and develop data integrations with Social Media Platforms as well as Third Party vendors to better serve our massive group of stakeholders.

  • Develop in-app communication messaging & customization capabilities from a CRM outreach.

  • Assist in developing large testing strategies with global stakeholders.

Who you are

  • You have 2 - 4 years of experience with a Cross-Channel CRM Tool (Braze [preferred], Salesforce, etc.)

  • Expert knowledge of HTML & SQL for supporting the global creation of audiences & communication deployments.

  • Experience with Shopify Liquid is nice to have.

  • Understanding of best practices for Email, SMS & Push Deployments.

  • You are solution oriented with an ability to explain technical requirements and solutions to non-technical stakeholders.

  • Able to work in a structured but fast-paced environment.

  • You hold a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Communications or an equivalent degree (preferred but not required).

Base salary may vary depending on, but not limited to: skills, experience, and location.

Base Salary

$75,000/yr to $90,000/yr
