Marketing Specialist Job at Pack Logix
The Marketing Specialist position will be responsible for creating and delivering marketing ideas and activities for PAX Manufacturing – representing both Shamrock Labels and Doran & Ward Packaging.
Responsibilities
- Create, edit and deliver marketing materials.
- Ensure that messages are supportive of and consistent with marketing strategies.
- ·Lead the development and execution of a corporate marketing plan for each business.
- ·Manage and deliver content on social media platforms via LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, email or direct mail.
- Oversee relationship with outside web services partner.
- Coordinate and execute email and hard copy mail campaigns.
- Create brochures, fliers and catalogs for customers and field sales.
- Develop new marketing communications campaigns including sample kits and new customer welcome packages.
- Interface with other members of the company including graphic design, operations, sales and website teams.
- Review sales data to track, review, and modify performance of marketing initiatives.
- Develop and distributes materials for company-wide communication
- Collaborate with HR to develop recruiting marketing materials
- Collects and compiles customer feedback in an easily reviewed and understood format for review by company management and leadership.
- Conduct/Participates in market research to evaluate competitive pricing, market needs and evaluate company performance in relation to competition.
- Gathers and analyzes information to identify new markets and customers, demand for products and services, and efficacy of existing marketing campaigns and strategies.
- Maintains knowledge of trends and developments in the market; identifies needs for new products and services and makes recommendations to leadership.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience working in a marketing generalist role
- Experience selling to healthcare organizations is preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong research and analytical skills
- Ability to think creatively, provide new ideas and build an implementation plan.
- A good listener and team player
- Familiar with latest trends in graphic design, brand management, web design.
- Willingness to learn healthcare industry and company product lines.
- Experience with marketing automation and analytics platforms is a plus
- Excellent writing, editing, proofreading and design skills
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite Products, Photoshop, or related programs
