The Marketing Manager is responsible for the planning, management, and execution of marketing campaign materials and projects. The Marketing Manager will work with the Director of Marketing and other team members to identify projects and resources necessary to manage projects and complete tasks including (but not limited to) website updates, design projects, business cards, name badges, floorplans, photography, video, banners, signage, vendor relations, branding, and social media assets. The Marketing Manager will also work with team members to establish and maintain timeframes and budgetary guidelines.

Position requires a strong knowledge base in marketing and brand management including current marketing trends, website and social media management and related software. Position also requires the ability to communicate effectively, with strong verbal and written communication skills. Position requires consistent attention to detail, proven problem-solving skills, outstanding time management, and the ability to multi-task, produce quality output, and meet set deadlines. The Marketing Project Manager must thrive on organization, as a big portion of their job is keeping everyone involved with a project on track.

Duties and Responsibilities

Personal

  • Model mission and values of UDC.
  • Promote company in a professional manner at all times.
  • Project a professional image in all aspects of work performance, which includes, but is not limited to personal habits, demeanor, and attire.
  • Meet company standards on conduct, attendance, etc.
  • Demonstrate good communication skills and help ensure positive communication with staff, coworkers, vendors, agencies, owners, and the community.

Overall

  • Review and assess marketing project submissions, prioritizing and managing project workflow.
  • Work with other team members and vendors to establish project scope, design, lead times and budget needs.
  • Develop, implement, and manage marketing strategies and campaigns that meet Company objectives.
  • Build and maintain consistent brand awareness and presentation across all physical and digital platforms.
  • Create content for corporate and specific marketing including websites, social media, print and signage.
  • Create, manage, and monitor social media content (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) and create and manage content calendar.
  • Work with team members and vendors to create effective and compelling brochures and other marketing materials to support the property management team as requested.
  • ·Work with team members and vendors on all aspects of property signage from design, specifications, quotes, installation, and project timelines.
  • Provide, manage, and maintain digital photography for print, signage, online advertising, and company websites.
  • Lead the development and maintenance of the Company’s websites ensuring content is up to date and accurate; and that it appropriately reflects the Company’s strategy and goals.
  • Devise strategies to drive online traffic and continue to improve website usability, design, and content.
  • Keep up to date with local, regional, and national industry related marketing trends, with particular focus on online marketing and promotion.
  • Responsible for the successful completion of all assigned projects and tasks as well as auditing project results on a regular basis to ensure desired and expected results have been achieved.

Education and/or Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field.
  • 5+ years progressive experience in marketing, design and promotion.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing and current trends.
  • Experience integrating consistent marketing strategy across multiple channels.
  • Relevant experience with and knowledge of Macromedia suite, Adobe Creative Suite, Content Management systems, social media, and analytics.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $48,846.00 - $53,633.00 per year
