Overview:
Leads the fulfillment department in Waukesha, WI which supports the ACS business unit brand strategy within
Holcim Building Envelope’s segment.

Responsibilities:
The ACS fulfillment department supports key tactical elements such as Gaco University, creation and
distribution of product samples, literature, and branded promotional items. This role will be responsible for
tracking these elements and partnering with sales, marketing, and external customers to optimize the
department’s offering. This will ensure adequate support of the business/customer base and the departments
resources moving forward.

To be successful, the candidate will need to demonstrate a unique ability to work cross-functionally with other
departments in the ACS business unit to carry out the objectives of the department. In the spirit of continuous
improvement, the candidate should be comfortable with running reports, performing basic data analysis,
identifying trends and insights, and directing adjustments to the programs the department supports.
This role will lead two sample technicians, digital press operator, and a fulfillment coordinator.
Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in business, marketing, or communications, preferred
• 5+ years’ relevant experience in marketing, sales, manufacturing or a related field/industry.
• Demonstrated track record of leadership
• Must demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills including the ability to clearly present

recommendations and summarize complex issues in a clear and concise manner

• Must be a strategic, creative thinker, demonstrating strong problem-solving and prioritization skills
• Must be detail-oriented, organized, and able to multi-task while producing high-quality outputs
• Self-starter with ability to work independently and a take charge mentality.
• Comfort in dealing with ambiguity and a variety of initiatives and processes. Ability to integrate

information from a number of sources to arrive at conclusions. Must be able to use intuition, logical
reasoning, and innovation to solve problems.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook)
