All Roads Company in Dundalk, MD is searching for a detail-oriented, high-energy Events Coordinator. This is an on-site role and part of the marketing team. You will be responsible for the orchestration and hands-on involvement of companywide events and the marketing material related to the events. This includes researching, planning, programming, preparation, and implementation of all events. Some travel will be required do the events and other All Roads locations. This is a full time, benefits eligible position.

- Research, propose and plan all details related to event activities within allotted budget to ensure successful events.
- Oversee transportation/travel, vendor relations, catering, hotel accommodations and any other aspects of the event.
- Ability to anticipate project needs, meet deadlines and work with little supervision.
- Provide marketing materials to broadcast event (email, printed materials…) coordinate registration and logistics.
- Coordinate schedules, contracts, agendas, and logistical support for events.
- Ability and willingness to provide day of the event execution to support any issues that may arise.
- Comply with legal, insurance, health, and safety regulations.
- Provide post event reporting to evaluate success.
