JOB OVERVIEW
As the Marketing Coordinator, you will be co-leading on many marketing and communication tasks covering all three brands and their branches throughout four states. You will be operating at the Corporate Office in Charleston with regular visits to nearby offices in WV / KY and occasional trips to farther locations in VA and NC. You will be part of a team that currently consists of an Associate, a Designer and a Director, with regular coordination with two external agencies.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
- Copywriting for all internal and external touch points: social media, emails, flyers, brochures, ads, etc.
- Community management of social media platforms, coordinating with business owners on needed action
- Quarterly competition monitoring of key competitors in relevant markets
- Content production: proactively and regularly provide photos and videos (staff, patients, clinics, events, etc.)
- Participate in basic visual content creation (design)
- Receive sponsorship requests, provide input and hand over to Marketing Director following specific process
- Execute boots on the ground portion of company programs such as backpack drives, wisdom for wisdom, etc. for all companies
- Be present at proprietary and sponsored events, making sure company standards are applied
- Handle purchases of gifts, marketing material and branding collateral
- Be the contact point with HR on all internal communication initiatives
- Be in charge of the employees social media pages : posting, replying, monitoring in close coordination with HR
- Provide administrative assistance for Marketing Director
