Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly organized, self-motivated Marketing Assistant with a positive, “can do” attitude who will assist with omni-platform marketing efforts. The ideal candidate has demonstrated experience managing social media, excels at managing multiple projects at once, loves learning and figuring out solutions to challenges, thrives in an office environment, is personable and professional, and is extremely organized. This is a full-time, in office position that will report to the Marketing Associate.

Essential Job Duties:

· Social Media management including content creation, engagement, planning & reporting for LinkedIn, Facebook, Google Business and YouTube.

· Branding updates – internal documents, directories, merch, and vendor websites.

· Manage tradeshow assets, print materials, posters, and swag.

· Website product, page and content creation, updates, and management.

· Monthly email newsletter campaign content creation & execution.

· Manage case study requests & testimonial follow up.

· Assist in managing internal company platforms, sales content, and newsletter.

· Copy writing for case studies, articles, literature, social content.

Additional Job Duties:

· Day-to-day tasks as assigned.

Physical Demands:

· Long periods of time sitting a computer/desk and answer the phone.

· Lifting up to 40lbs occasionally

· Standing on your feet at tradeshows occasionally

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field a plus

· Minimum 2 years of experience in social media management, website, and content management

· Demonstrated experience creating engaging social media content in a branded voice

· Minimum 1 year experience with Adobe products and graphic design (e.g. Photoshop)

· Minimum 1 year experience with Shopify and basic web design

· HTML or CSS experience a plus

· Minimum 1 year experience with Google Analytics and Search Console

· Minimum 1 year experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)

· Ability to communicate with internal team and customers in a clear, concise and professional manner

· Excellent writing, proofing and communication skills especially copywriting for a B2B market

· Strong analytic, critical thinking and problem-solving skills

· Highly organized
