Market Researcher Job at MCM Staffing LLC
Shift: Monday- Friday 9:00am-5:30pm
- Gathering data through phone interviews
- Candidates should have basic excel skills/computer operating skills. For example, sorting/filtering lists as well as using Microsoft Office Suite (Teams/Outlook-email, etc.).
- Experience in customer facing role.
What You’ll Do
You will help conduct structured telephone interviews with market participants and industry experts. In this position, you will make a high-volume number of outbound calls daily to gather market data, schedule callbacks if the correct person is unavailable, and take detailed interview notes during calls.
Job Requirements
To be successful in this position, you will need experience in a customer-facing position, have a curiosity about products/markets, high level telecommunication skills, and have a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel. No degree is required. Must have a strong resume, great attendance record, and a positive attitude.
