We are looking for bright and engaging personalities with positive energy to fill multiple positions in a super modern light manufacturing environment to continue to fuel our company’s impressive growth. Accel operates two modern factories in CT, one in IN, and a new one being built in Florida. No prior wire fabricating experience is necessary...we will teach you.

At Accel, we offer competitive pay, excellent benefits, and the potential for growth. You will start with $24 per hour and work your way up to $32 per hour in a few years! We also pay 6 months retainer bonus of $1,000 twice a year (back shifts) with an annual average bonus of $7,500 = total bonus opportunity up to $15,000 per year for high performing associates. • 2nd shift (4pm-12am)

Safety Requirements

• Must wear safety shoes (steel toe), safety eyeglasses, safety ear protections
• Must participate in company ear testing surveillance
• Must be able to work with sharp tooling such as scissors, cutters, knives, and other materials required to handle wire
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs and stand for long periods of time
• Requires pushing, pulling, bending, twisting, reaching
