We are seeking a Welder to join our growing team and who can make an IMPACT! As a Welder, you will use proper techniques to ensure our products are exceeding our customer expectations.

As part of the team, you will
- Prepare and setup necessary surfaces, tools, equipment for MIG welding stainless steel and aluminum
- Read and interpret blueprint drawings and dimensions
- Possess a basic understanding of weld symbols, print tolerances and quality measuring equipment
- Operate fabrication equipment such as grinders, saws, and welding fixtures.
- Perform quality inspection/checks per quality documentation/control plan (including documentation of results)
- Detect and report defective materials or questionable conditions to the Lead
- Assist in other work areas as assigned
- Learn and demonstrate continuous improvement for AL Safety and Quality standards and procedures
- Follow established departmental policies, procedures, and objectives, continuous quality improvement objectives, and safety, environmental, and/or infection control standards
