About this Position:

The Technology & Salesforce Support Manager is a new position, created primarily to support the rollout and ongoing support for our customized Salesforce environment in twenty-six countries around the world. The person will be responsible for addressing questions, supporting training, resolving back-end issues, and addressing incoming support requests including passwords, permission, data uploads, and other user needs. This person will need to understand the needs of the business and the users, and be able to make recommendations for how to leverage the platform for mutual benefit, and triage inbound suggestions for enhancements, including translation requests. In addition to Salesforce, this person will also support Microsoft Office permissions and access on an as needed basis.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Operations, IT or related field required
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience working as Salesforce System Administrator
  • History of providing outstanding client support via excellent response time and oral and written communication skills
  • Experience working with sensitive and confidential information
  • Demonstrated ability to manage expectations with sensitivity
  • Professional business English fluency

  • Salesforce Mobile Publisher App Experience
  • Salesforce Developer Experience
  • Microsoft Office Administrator experience
  • Experience creating/supporting user-adoption plans
  • Salesforce Training experience
