Summary

This position will provide expertise and support for the full scope of the HR function, including but not limited to: developing and executing organizational strategies that align structure, culture and talent with business goals and providing HR support across all functional teams.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Implementing & administering HR programs in areas such as on-boarding, compensation & Benefits, performance management, employee engagement, training, career development planning and retention.
  • Plan and define HR policies and practices, devise strategies for its acceptance & implementation across the organization
  • Conduct competitive market analyses and participate in compensation surveys.
  • Collaborate with Functional Heads & Talent Acquisition to develop competitive offer packages for external hires.
  • Responsible for employee engagement, the employee survey, employee activities, recognition programs that help build a cohesive team.
  • Institute process for identifying and charting the career development & progression for high performers within the organization; play an active role in developing & nurturing resources to constantly meet the challenging expectations.
  • Drive and oversee the talent management process, implement systems for developing and retaining talent within the identified framework.
  • Identify & plan annual training needs for business units and individual executive coaching needs. Develop competency matrix.
  • Participate in evaluation and monitoring of success of training programs. Follow-up to ensure training objectives are met.
  • Provides day to day performance management guidance to line management (coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions).
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Essential Skills Required & Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Science, or other related field. MBA or advanced degree in HR preferred.
  • Minimum 10+ years experience in HR preferably in global corporations.
  • Hands on person with a flair for Strategy implementation as well as Operational HR.
  • Exposure to Global Geographies preferred.
  • Good knowledge of HR processes and implementation Techniques.
  • Broad knowledge of compensation-related strategies, activities and processes including modeling.
  • Understand the business and act in support of the company strategy and operating goals.
  • Must be able to work collaboratively and take hands on approach; he/she will deliver scalable, customer-focused HR programs and services to the business.
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills, strategic thinking, ability to influence others, problem resolving skills is a must.
  • Experience in framing and collaboratively solving highly complex problems through quantitative and qualitative analyses.
  • Be able to work independently with minimum supervision and in a fast-paced environment
  • The position will have exposure to sensitive and confidential information necessitating diplomacy, discretion and sound judgment.

Computer/Software

  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
  • Experience in HR management systems, such as ADP or other systems.
