The UHS Marketing Department is hiring a Manager, Digital Projects and Platforms to implement, lead and manage the workflow and project management function for the Digital Team, in support of the Sr. Director. This position requires robust experience in project/program planning and management, and the knowledge on how to execute large scale projects involving various stakeholders throughout the organization.

The UHS Marketing Department is hiring a Manager, Digital Projects and Platforms to implement, lead and manage the workflow and project management function for the Digital Team, in support of the Sr. Director. This position requires robust experience in project/program planning and management, and the knowledge on how to execute large scale projects involving various stakeholders throughout the organization.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Planning and advancement of larger digital initiatives that are lined up to the appropriate business objective. These initiatives include: website platform migration, large individual website rebuilds, patient acquisition digital marketing campaigns, revenue reporting, and the evaluation and implementation of any new software added to the marketing TechStack utilized by the Digital Team
- This role will have ownership over the process by which the Digital Team receives, assigns, tracks and reports on all projects and tasks; coordinates the assignment of work either received as requests from the field, or projects initiated from within the Digital Team, in order to meet deadlines and ensure continued progress toward assignment completion
- Pro-actively coordinates internal resources and third parties/vendors for the execution of engagements
- Assist in the definition of project scope, objectives, stakeholders, and success measures, while ensuring technical feasibility
- Ensure that all engagements are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
- Develop and establish standardized project plans for various digital deliverables, to track, monitor, and control progress
- Lead the education of project management methodology and application to team members
- Manages Project Management Team consisting of Acute Care Digital Project Manager and Behavorial Health Digital Project Manager, as well as the governance of the Project Management Function process and procedures
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree with 10+ years' experience in leading, motivating and managing various project and program team sizes, including internal and external resources, while holding team accountable for performance in an agency or corporate environment.
- Experience working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
- Demonstrated communication skills, both oral and written, and strong experience presenting to clients with technical and non-technical staff, all levels of management
- Experience influencing and gaining buy-in from executives sponsors, team members, stakeholders and peers
- Flexible with proven ability to conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Demonstrated experience in managing projects of high complexity to successful completion; ability to handle multiple concurrent projects
- Ability to demonstrate solid understanding of digital media, SEO, web analytics, website content management systems and the overall process for building a website
- Excellent understanding of project management principles
