Seeking a motivated, self-starting individual to join our team of maintenance professionals at our beautiful new apartment community in Riverside RI
The Maintenance Technician works with property management to complete maintenance tasks/work orders in a timely manner and consistent with company standards. Highly prefer person with apprentice hours . Compensation range based on experience and license.
Additional work will include help with the plumbing of the last 100 units under construction.
Must be available for night/weekend on call duty on a rotational basis.
The primary job responsibilities include:
a) plumbing repairs
b) repair/replace door hardware/locks, smoke alarms
c) appliance repair and installation
d) minor electrical repairs
e) HVAC repairs and filter change
