Maintenance Technician Job at Wellington Apartments
Maintenance Technician needed for an apartment community in the Beech Island, SC area. This position is responsible for maintaining the physical condition of the community from both a preventative and corrective standpoint. HVAC experience a plus. Must have experience and knowledge in all aspects of apartment maintenance such as plumbing, carpentry, sheet rock repair, some electrical, and painting. Candidates for this position must be self-motivated, organized, work well with other people and willing to give a high level of customer service. Background check required.
