VTT Management, Inc., a growing company here in the Charleston area, is looking to hire an experienced Maintenance Technician who has worked on a Class A apartment community, to work at a luxury Class A community on Daniel Island.

The Maintenance Technician will work on day to day:

*Preventative maintenance
*Maintenance requests
*Building projects
*Some electrical
*Carpentry projects
*Unit turns
*General upkeep of residential apartment buildings
*Some grounds upkeep
*Other duties as assigned

We are looking for someone with proven abilities, who is a team player with the below listed skills:

*3 years of Property Management Maintenance preferred
*EPA Certification
*HVAC Certification/experience

*Electrical, carpentry and plumbing skills

*Superior customer service
*Ability to work independently and take direction from superiors
*On-call responsibilities and weekend rotation is mandatory
*Excellent communication and people skills in order to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
