Maintenance Technician
Sterling Heights, MI
Company is a plastic injection molding facility.
Pay Rate: up to $32/hr, based on exp.
Job Duties:
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical and hydraulic components on injection molding machines.
Preventative maintenance.
Equipment: 75-750 ton Vandorns, 150- 200 Milacron include grinder, thermalator and most auxiliary equipment such as 650 ton Lombards and 700 ton Van Dorns.
Write preventive maintenance policy and procedures.
Listen for unusual sounds from machines or equipment to detect malfunction and discusses machine operation variations with supervisors or other maintenance workers to diagnose problem or repair machine.
Experience Required:
Must have 3+ years experience repairing injection molding machines.
Work Hours: 8:00am - 4:00pm, Monday - Friday with light OT
Permanent job - 90 day contract to direct hire
