Daily Hotel Property Maintenance
Description
- Performs a variety of repairs and maintenance tasks including carpentry, electric, painting, etc.
- Records and reports completed repairs and items that need further attention.
- Inspects guestrooms, public space and heart-of-the-house for needed and preventive maintenance.
- Work with general manager daily to coordinate tasks
- Able to go to other properties if needed
