Maintenance Technician Job at AHG MANAGEMENT
Looking for a experienced Maintenance personel for a Hotel facility in Orla, Texas Location. Job duties will require repairs of equipment throughout the facility and coordinate landscape duties weekly.
Responsibilities will include, safe maintenance of the property. requires excellent problem solving skill to resolve any complications at the location and execute repairs in a timely manner to prevent down time. In addition to maintenance, must Perform custodial and landscape maintenance for the property daily. Perform preventive maintenance on equipment to reduce any equipment malfunction or failure.
Be cognizant of OSHA laws and regulations prior to any work on site.
Must possess a positive attitude under any condition for our customers
Be able to work evenings and weekends and overtime if needed
Must have transportation daily to the site or live in the community
Appearance needs to be in a clean and professional manner at all times throughout the work day for our customers.

Pay: $16.00-$20.00 per hour depending on experience
