These opportunities are located on the South side of Indianapolis working directly with the Property Manager under the direction of the District Manager and Project Coordinator with a team on a site ranging from 350 – 550 units. Elon Property Management works closely with ownership’s crews to oversee renovations and capital improvements.

Ideal candidates will possess the following:

5+ Years of Multifamily Maintenance experience

3+ Years of Supervisory Experience

Excellent Plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC knowledge

HVAC Certificate Type I & II

Proven track record working with large maintenance teams
Basic hand tools
Excellent customer service and positive attitude

Base Pay $34 hourly plus bonus and commission potential.

All offers will be pending reference, drug, and criminal background screening.
