VTT Management, Inc. is looking to hire an experienced Maintenance Supervisor who has and/or is currently working on a Class A apartment community who has their EPA and CPO Certification to work at a Daniel Island property, Paxton Point Hope.

The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, knowledge and experience with plumbing and electrical systems.

We seek a team player who will perform efficiently, communicate with other team members and residents in a courteous manner to ensure a positive environment and elevate customer satisfaction.

Job requirements:

*Strong working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry and sheet rock repairs

*Prior supervisory experience in Luxury Class A/B Apartments is necessary

*EPA certification required

*HVAC certification required

*CPO certification preferred but not required

*Ability to complete make ready punch tasks efficiently

*Positive attitude and open communication to deliver superior customer service

*Ability to work independently and take direction from supervisors

*On call and weekend rotation

*Other duties as assigned
