Job Description:
Primary Planner Roles & Responsibilities

• Work with Maintenance Supervisor and/or Manager to monitor, originate, and implement PM(s), TPMS, and planned work orders based on manufacturers recommendation, part wear trends, and RCM tools.
• Assembly of all parts required for services and work planned work orders (kits)
• Enter completed work information into the system (planned/unplanned, TPMS, PM(s), break downs)
• Enter supporting documentation into the network (manuals, operating programs, parts list/BOMs)
• Assist with evaluating part request forms; technical assistance for assigning part criticality and BOM (parts request forms/SAP)
• Estimate job duration, schedule / timeline
• Safety and Permit information (hot work, confined space and hazardous materials)
• Coordinate Work and involve other resources where applicable: Maintenance Manager, Maintenance Supervisors or Leads etc.
• Establish special instructions unique to work orders or project requests
• Coordinate special resource requirements (engineers, vendors, consultants)
• Obtain quotes for projects, planned work and LSR requests
• Coordinate and schedule production equipment rebuilds and planned maintenance

Primary Scheduler Roles & Responsibilities

• Assisting with scheduling and completing all high priority work required for protecting production equipment, buildings, etc. let’s remove this
• Work jointly with Maintenance Supervisors to plan Maintenance resources as efficiently as possible for optimization of scheduled Production windows (If Down/Do Work)
• Communicate status of work to production and maintenance team member’s.
• When needed, communicate to Production and Maintenance Teams, when emergency work will interrupt scheduled work.
• Schedule and coordinate planned work, and in rare cases unplanned work, to be completed during production equipment shutdowns
• Schedule major production equipment rebuilds, overhauls and replacements (Tetra Pak MU’s)
• Conduct spot checks and audits

• Follow-up on plant work deficiencies when scope of work or expectations are not being met
• Work with the Maintenance Supervisors and Leads as appropriate let’s remove this

Administrative Duties

• Compete work order paperwork as needed.
• Maintain equipment history records`
• Knowledge and ability to use SAP to include writing work orders, looking up work orders, finding parts, and receiving parts. Ensure SAP is kept current for applicable areas of responsibility.

Beverage Division

• Support Beverage Division Plants in identified areas such as: Store Room Optimization and Processes, THS SAP Support, THS SAP Training, etc.
• Lead and/or Co-Lead training sessions in Cambridge or at division plant locations as identified.
• Factory designate for initiating improvements and changes to THS SAP corporate team and keeping plant leadership informed of status.
