Maintenance Mechanic (FT) Job at The Pacific Club

Job Summary:
- Maintains facilities and maintenance equipment.
J ob Duties:
- Maintains and makes general repairs to the plumbing fixtures, furniture, woodwork, electrical system, appliances, ventilation system, and building structure of the club.
- Conducts plumbing repairs such as leaking pipes and faucets and clogged drains.
- Performs various duties involving painting, plumbing, carpentry, and electrical work.
- Maintains the air conditioning, refrigerators, icemakers, and pool pumps.
- Supervises the filtration and chlorination of the swimming pool. Tests swimming pool water; maintains a daily log of water test results for local health department inspections.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Lubricates and services all maintenance equipment.
- Inspects equipment for operating deficiencies.
- Repairs and adjusts equipment.
- Maintains repair records on all equipment.
- Trains maintenance staff in proper equipment maintenance methods.
- Demonstrates use of new equipment.
- Trains personnel in the proper use of equipment.
- Establishes and maintains safety procedures for using the equipment.
- Maintains safety records.
- Trains operators in care of new equipment.
- Performs general overhaul and other preventive maintenance on all equipment.

to:
- Facilities Manager.
Pay Rate Starting at:
- $20 per hour plus benefits.
