• Experience: Maintenance experience in a healthcare facility preferred.
• Education: High school diploma/GED. Graduate of an engineering trade school preferred.
• Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Experience with electrical, carpentry, plumbing and pipe fitting, ventilation, boiler and chiller maintenance and knowledge of DOH & WA State fire codes.
• Licenses/Registrations/Certifications: Current WA State driver’s license.

The work requires regular, recurring and prolonged physical exertion such as standing or walking for prolonged periods of time; frequent bending, reaching, stooping, crouching, crawling, climbing, and stretching is necessary. The employee must exert 10-20 pounds of force constantly to move objects, frequently lift and/or move objects up to 40 pounds, and occasionally move/push objects up to 100 pounds.Requires frequent repetitive hand/wrist motions and finger manipulation. Requires normal/corrected vision and hearing to normal range. The work involves recurring exposure to moving mechanical parts, precarious places, fumes or airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals, outdoor weather conditions; risk of electrical shock. Must be willing to work outdoors in all weather conditions and available to form part of a call rotation.
