Maintenance Crew Leader Job at RSC Landscaping
A Maintenance foreman will manage the complete installation or maintenance of projects from start to finish. They will utilize their team of 2 to 5 members to effectively install the project while meeting the budget and timeline for the completion of the project.
We are looking for full-time Landscape/Maintenance crew leaders in Millsboro, DE who have experience in:
- Small team management in landscaping/construction industries
- trimming and edging around sidewalks, flower beds, and walls
- planting flowers, shrubs, trees, and grass
- applying pesticides, herbicides, and fertilizers
- trimming/pruning trees and shrubs
- be professional in appearance and actions
Applicants must:
- have valid drivers licnese
- be able to lift 50 pounds
- be able to operate standard landscaping machinery such as riding mowers, trimmers, and blowers
- have 3 years of previous landscape experience
- maintain a regular, dependable attendance record
- be able to understand and install landscape plans
- be able to work variable hours which may include weekends, holidays and overtime
- be comfortable working in a variety of weather conditions
