Maintenance and Snow removal Job at Hampton Inn by Hilton
Job Description:
- Responds in a timely manner (within 30 minutes) when called to assist in snow removal.
- Ensure that properties under responsibility of this position are adequately and safely serviced when required.
- Shovel snow, grounds maintenance and other duties as assigned related to the Director of Operations.
Inspects equipment on regularly scheduled basis. Complies with safety precautions.
- Maintains all equipment needed for snow removal.
- Follows all safety rules, policies, and regulations. Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Reports all incidents involving equipment’s functioning to Supervisor(s)
- Salt and shovel sidewalks
- This is a 24 hour hotel and hours will be different each day depending on snow removal times.
Applicants must:
- be able to lift 50 pounds
must maintain a regular, dependable attendance record
- be able to work variable hours which may include weekends, holidays and overtime
- be comfortable working in a variety of weather conditions
